After nine years of work, 19 volumes (18 main text volumes, one supplementary volume) of H. H. Hu: Complete Works (hereafter referred to as Complete Works) were published in 2023 by Jiangxi People’s Publishing House. This collection, totalling 13.4 million characters, contains botanical papers (in ChineseEnglish), a doctoral thesis, monographs, botanical icones, scientific translations, popular science writings, humanities writings, literary translations, Chinese poems, Chinese letters,English letters of Hsen Hsu Hu’s lifetime achievements.
